Oamaru Top 10 Holiday Park offers powered and unpowered sites, cabins, two-bedroom cottages with patio, standard rooms with shared bathroom, and family rooms with private bathroom. All units include heating, a TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some have cooking facilities, and select cottages feature a private patio with garden views. Cottages and cabins come with linen, towels, and electric blankets.

There is no restaurant on site. Guests can use one of two communal kitchens equipped with microwaves, ovens, and hot plates. A covered BBQ area with outdoor furniture is available for cooking. Picnic tables are also provided.

The park has an 18-hole mini golf course, a children's playground with a trampoline and slide, a bouncy pillow, and a large outdoor chess set. Bicycle rental is offered, and there is a hot tub/jacuzzi for a fee. The tour desk can book visits to the Oamaru Blue Penguin colony, Yellow Eyed Penguins, and Oceania Gold Tours.

Located 5 minutes' drive from Oamaru town centre, the park is right next to the Oamaru Public Gardens. A short walk through the gardens leads to the historic district and the Oamaru Blue Penguin colony. The Whitestone Cheese factory is 5 minutes away, North Otago Golf Course is an 8-minute drive, and the Moeraki Boulders are 40 minutes away. The Alps to Ocean bike trail passes close by.

Free parking and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the property. The tour desk assists with local attraction bookings. Other services include coin-operated laundry, luggage storage, a shared lounge/TV area, safety deposit box, and fax/photocopying.
